• retinyl palmitate (Vitamin A): considered a milder version of retinoic acid, it stimulates the prodution of epidermal protein and increases skin elasticity. It reduces the depth of fine lines/wrinkles, and increases cellular turnover. It is a safe form of vitamin A.

• cucumber extract: extracted from cucumber pulp, it soothes and calms skin.

• rosehip oil: an emollient containing 80% essential fatty acids, it repairs damaged tissues and aids in regeneration of skin cells. It is obtained from the seed pods of the rose plant; what remains after the petals fall off.

• essential oils of orange, lavender and ylang ylang: extracted from the outer rind of the fruits, petals and herbs, this blend of essential oils helps to balance, calm and sooth the skin

• tocopheryl acetate (Vitamin E): extracted from vegetable oils, such as the soy bean, it is a fat-soluble vitamin that helps to boost the production of collagen, and assists in reducing scar tissue.
