Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask for at least 48hrs notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations within a week are especially hard to fill, as most clients book well in advance.
If less than 48hrs notice is given, 50% of the appointment value will be charged to cover my time. For no-shows and cancellations within 24hrs, 100% of the appointment value will be charged.
Payment will be required via Bank Transfer and no further appointments will be made or honoured until the outstanding balance is paid.
If you are late to your appointment and I no longer have time for everything booked, full payment of booked treatments is required.
